Happy Break is a family app designed to help parents create calmer screen-time transitions for children ages 0–6. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our app and related services.

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Happy Break. This includes information you provide and limited technical information automatically collected.

- check_circleDevice & technical data: device type, OS version, and app diagnostics, used to keep the app working reliably.
- check_circleMessages you send us: if you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address and the content of your message so we can reply, along with your IP address and browser details, which we use only to prevent abuse of the form.
- check_circlePayment information: subscription billing is handled by Apple or Google directly — we do not store your full card details.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve Happy Break, personalize your experience, generate usage insights for parents, provide customer support, process subscriptions, and communicate important updates.
We do not use a child’s activity data to build advertising profiles.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Happy Break does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your child’s information to anyone for advertising or any other purpose.
5. Children’s Privacy
Happy Break is designed for children ages 0–6 and is intended to be used by parents or legal guardians. Children cannot create accounts on their own.
Child profiles are created and controlled entirely by the parent account holder. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us information beyond what this policy describes, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, maintain, and improve Happy Break, or when required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Parents can request deletion of their account and information at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect information and use industry-standard safeguards to keep it secure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Parents have the right to access, correct, export, or delete their personal information, and to withdraw consent where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you about significant updates through the app or by other appropriate means.

Happy Break may interact with trusted third-party services such as app stores, video providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and support tools. These services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies. Happy Break does not control these services. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated abuse; Cloudflare receives limited technical information from your browser to perform that check.
14. Advertising & Analytics
The free version of Happy Break may display advertisements. We may use limited analytics to understand app performance and improve the service. We do not use personal information from child profiles for personalized or behavioral advertising.
15. App Permissions
Happy Break may request certain permissions to provide core features. We only request permissions that are necessary and explain why each permission is needed.
16. International Processing
Information may be processed or stored by Happy Break or our trusted service providers in different locations as needed to provide and support the service. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by applicable law.
